We’re anonymous by design — no account, no profile. You give us a document, a delivery address, and an email address for your tracking link. That’s it.

Your document is encrypted at rest and deleted the moment your letter is handed to the mail carrier. Orders that are abandoned or can’t be mailed are automatically deleted within 30 days.

We use Stripe to take payment (your card details never touch our servers) and Lob to print and mail your letter. We share only what each needs to do its job, and we don’t sell your data to anyone.
