Get your PDF right before you send
A few seconds of checking saves a re-send:
- Make sure it's the final version — we mail exactly what you preview.
- Size the page to standard US Letter so nothing gets clipped.
- Choose color only if you need it; black-and-white is cheaper.
- Flatten any form fields or signatures so they print as they appear.

Sending starts at $5 for black-and-white in the US, a bit more for color or for mail to Canada. You'll see the exact total before paying. US letters arrive in about 3–5 business days; Canada takes about 1–2 weeks by international post.
